International Shipments
(Deliveries Outside the U.S. & Canada)
All prices, costs and fees posted throughout our entire website are in U.S. dollars. The standard shipping & handling fee for each item is listed on the description page of each particular item. The standard shipping & handling fee is the cost we charge to deliver a package to anywhere in the U.S. or Canada. All orders shipped to destinations within the U.S. or Canada will be shipped at our discretion by a carrier of our choice such as Fed Ex, UPS or USPS (by either Standard Ground, First Class or Priority).
International shipments outside the U.S. & Canada will be charged an additional shipping & handling fee above the normal standard shipping rate. International customers will be responsible for any custom duties, import taxes or fees associated with receiving or accepting your package. Please consult your local Customs Office if you need information on duties, import fees, regulations and restrictions in receiving and accepting your package. All international orders will be shipped by a carrier of our choice. Upon shipment of your item, we will email you complete shipping information along with a tracking number if available.
Upon successfully purchasing an item on the Jewelry Showdown website, your credit card will immediately be charged for the cost of the item and for the standard shipping & handling fee. You will then immediately be sent an email receipt from us showing these charges.
Within 2 business days, you will be sent another email asking which form of international shipping you would like to purchase. The current selections are:
$14.95 for First Class Mail (delivery time varies widely)
$24.95 for Priority Mail (usually 6-10 days delivery time)
$34.95 for Express Mail (usually 3-5 days delivery time)
Simply contact us by email and let us know which delivery method you choose to purchase. If we receive no response or selection from you within 5 business days, we will charge your credit card $14.95 and ship your item by First Class Mail. This charge will be in addition to your initial charge for the item and the standard shipping fee. You will immediately be emailed a receipt once this additional international shipping charge has been made to your credit card.
(Delivery times indicated above are approximate – we cannot guarantee delivery times as all delivery times are estimates provided by the carriers).
Please note that the additional shipping fee for international orders will be charged on your credit card separately from your initial order. International customers who purchase an item on Jewelry Showdown will therefore receive two different receipts and charges to your credit card. The first charge will be for the cost of the item combined with the standard shipping & handling fee that was posted on the item’s description page. Once you respond to our email and select the international shipment method of your choice, we will then charge your credit card a 2nd time for the cost of the international delivery method you selected. Please make a note that as an international customer, you will receive two different receipts and two separate charges to your credit card for the item you purchased.
