The following policy applies to all jewelry sold on Jewelry Showdown.com:
Risk-Free Inspection Period:
You will have a full, unconditional 10 day risk-free inspection period upon your receipt of the jewelry item.
No Hassle – No Questions Asked Return Policy:
We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase so if for any reason you wish to return your item for a refund, you may ship it back to us anytime within 10 days of receiving the item. At your option, you may also request that your item be repaired or replaced instead of a refund. Items can only be returned during the 10 day inspection period provided that you or others did not wear the jewelry and the attached tags have not been cut, altered or removed from the jewelry. In order to return a jewelry item for a refund, repair or replacement, you must ship it within the 10 day inspection period and follow the ‘return’ instructions listed below.
Refund Policy:
Upon the return of your item, we will refund your credit card within 14 business days for the full amount you paid for the item less the original shipping & handling fee. Custom duties, import taxes and our international shipping & handling fee are non-refundable. If you requested that your item be repaired or replaced instead of a refund, it may take up to 20 days before your item is shipped back to you.
How To Return An Item:
You must obtain a RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION number (RMA #) from Jewelry Showdown prior to returning your item. Do not send your item back to Jewelry Showdown without first getting your RMA #. Packages returned to Jewelry Showdown without an RMA # will be refused.
To qualify for an RMA #, you must simply act in accordance with the 10 day inspection period along with the terms of this guarantee policy. To obtain your RMA #, simply email us at Returns@JewelryShowdown.com and provide us your name, phone number, date of purchase, price paid, order # and item description (this information can be found on the original receipt we emailed you). Please also indicate whether the item is defective or not and whether you desire a refund or repair/replacement. We will then contact you within 2 business days by either phone or email to provide you an RMA #.
Once you have your RMA #, simply repackage the item and ship it to the Jewelry Showdown address we’ll provide and also include a copy of your receipt in your package. You will be required to pay your own shipping costs when returning the package to us. If you requested a repair/replacement instead of a refund, then we will incur the cost to ship the repaired or replaced item back to you.
When shipping your package to us, be sure to clearly print the RMA # on the outside of your package on the front near the shipping label or address. Packages must have a valid and clearly marked RMA # in order to be received at our return facility. Be sure to also print your RMA # on the receipt copy that you included in your package.
Once we receive the item, we will process your refund or repair/replacement request and notify you by email. Refunds will be issued back to your credit card within 14 business days. Repairs or replacements can take up to 20 days before the item is shipped back to you. If you requested a repair/replacement and we are unable to replace your item (due to the fact that most of our jewelry doesn’t come in multiple quantities), then we will attempt to repair the item to its original ‘like-new’ condition. If we are unable to repair your item, then we will simply issue you a refund. In either case, you will be sent an email notifying you of the status of your item.
Jewelry Showdown will not be responsible for an item you return that is either lost, stolen or damaged due to your shipper. If you return an item, we strongly suggest you send it with delivery confirmation and insure the package with your shipper.
Refused Packages:
U.S. & Canada:
If a U.S. or Canadian customer who purchased an item refuses their package and has it returned to sender, then only a partial refund will be issued. A 20% restocking fee or $5 (whichever is greater) plus the shipping & handling cost we incurred to originally ship you the item will be deducted from your refund amount. Canadian customers may also have an additional deduction from their refund amount for any custom duties, taxes or fees that we may incur to retrieve the package.
International:
If an international customer who purchased an item refuses their package and has it returned to sender, then only a partial refund will be issued. A 20% restocking fee or $5 (whichever is greater) plus the standard and international shipping & handling costs we incurred to originally ship you the item will be deducted from your refund amount. Also, any custom duties, taxes or fees that we incur to retrieve the package will deducted from the total refund amount.
Manufacturer Factory Warranty Items:
Some of the fine timepieces we offer will come with a Manufacturer Factory Warranty. If your timepiece becomes defective and is under a Manufacturer Factory Warranty, please follow the instructions of the warranty and contact the manufacturer directly for repair or replacement. If you are within the 10 day inspection period and you’d prefer a refund, you can return your timepiece to Jewelry Showdown by following the ‘return’ instructions above.
